Having worked throughout all of the Lower Mainland he has intimate knowledge of Vancouver’s Club, Restaurant and Bar environment. His personal service philosophies and exceptional work ethic will stand to the benefit of even the most seasoned bar professional.

Getting his start behind the bar in Toronto Matt has been a Vancouver bar operator for over 10 years. Elwood’s, Nevermind, Hell’s Kitchen and The Five Point have all flourished from their beginnings under the watchful eye of this entrepreneur. With a personal understanding of the business side of our industry he brings a keen knowledge of what makes or breaks a successful bartender.

A veteran of the all night Vancouver club and after-hours party scene Dave is a professional bartender that worked his way up from the bottom. With over 16 years of practical experience he has mastered the art of guest service. Having mastered everything from the highest level of wine service in some of Vancouver’s finest restaurants to slinging shots in his very own after-hours nightclub this pro has invaluable first hand experience.
